About the Author
Sharon Evans has held a variety of positions during her 20 year career with British Telecom. During the 1980s she worked on the development of the Recorded Information Distribution Equipment platform, before becoming involved with project, program and business management. During the 1990’s she took up a position in a network security design team, and later joined BTexact’s business modelling team, where her focus is now primarily financial.
